Excellent and kind. Everything I need. - M C
Obviously, visits have been limited, I have been welcomed and treated with respect. The manager has always been helpful and has gone the extra mile to assist my friend (resident). He has nothing but praise for his total experience. - I S
My mum and dad have been residents at Park House for two and a half years, and I have never had a moment of doubt about their care. The staff are all very caring and treat mum and dad as part of their family. There is a lovely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Throughout lockdown, the carers have been wonderful and kept in contact regularly. Now visiting has started, it is all carefully controlled, in the garden. Safety of the residents is excellent. I couldn't have found better care home, and mum and dad are enjoying being well looked after. Park House is a real home. - J R
Park House is a lovely friendly home for my mother. She is very happy here. "It couldn't be better," she said. The entire staff are excellent. The food is great. M - J R
I find myself getting better on a daily basis. I have not been here that long but so impressed by the care that I'm getting and give the home 5-stars. I was made to feel so welcome from the offset and I am going to get very well with this kind of care, though I really don't want to leave. This has been the best move I've made in my life, no kidding. All this is from my heart. The best ever. - Terence S
I have not visited for 4 months due to COVID19. I have rung in the past 4 months to check on mother-in-law. The staff are brilliant I wouldn't want her anywhere else to live. She is well cared for none of the family have any concerns about her welfare, we are very lucky to have found a home with such lovely carers. Fantastic home. - Jenny B
