Nomination period opens for Black Swan Care Awards 2026

The nomination period for this year's Black Swan Care Awards is now open! 🎉

15 categories are open for people to nominate and nominations can be made by anyone - staff, residents, visitors, families, friends, professionals etc. They need to be made via the online form or via the Awards page on our website, here: https://www.blackswan.co.uk/awards.

Important: you can only choose a maximum of 2 categories per nomination.

All entries MUST include detailed examples of WHY the person being nominated deserves to win the award. Without these examples, the judges cannot decide who should win. Entries without examples cannot be considered.

All shortlisted finalists will be invited to attend the evening where the winners will be announced and presented with a trophy.

The nomination period will close on Friday 17th July 2026.
