Laurel Lodge is a beautiful Victorian House converted into a residential home with facilities to care for up to 32 residents.
Its location in the leafy residential area of Ipswich Road gives our residents freedom to explore the nearby Norwich city centre, as well as independent cafes and shops in Lakenham just a short distance away. Our staff are always on hand to assist our residents if they would like to go out but require a little extra support.
The home benefits from a beautiful accessible garden complete with paved walkways; a patio area with seating, raised flowerbeds, and a stunning collection of roses giving it the atmosphere of a traditional manor garden.
Every bedroom in Laurel Lodge benefits from an en-suite toilet with washbasin. The garden facing bedrooms which have recently been renovated, also have a shower. The home has a number of communal areas including the aforementioned garden; a dining room, a salon, and a lounge. Residents have the option to eat in the dining room or in the comfort of their own rooms if they choose.
Laurel Lodge has a fun-filled activities schedule with all of our entertainment being tailored to our residents likes and interests. Person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe it is important to know our residents and what matters to them, to provide the true atmosphere of home whilst they are in our care.
This bedroom is situated within Southwell Court in Cambridgeshire, and aims to show the high quality accommodation we offer across the group. Size of room may vary across different homes, but all of our rooms include all the attributes mentioned within the virtual tour. Outside and communal galleries feature our residential facilities throughout East Anglia. This is an example of a standard bedroom within the Black Swan Care Group.
