Throughout the last 18 months the social care sector has faced unprecedented challenges in the face of Covid19, and despite those challenges we have continued to be astounded with the determination, resilience, compassion and dedication shown by social care staff up and down the country.
We have continuously been impressed by the work of the 650+ members of the staff team within Black Swan Care Group, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure our residents continued to have the best quality of life possible.
We've seen shining examples of person-centred care from every area of the company; from Domestic staff knitting pairs of hearts so our residents and their families had a physical connection when visiting was restricted, to carers becoming hairdressers, to staff working hard to maintain and reinforce connections between our residents and the outside world throughout lockdown.
We are so thankful to have the amazing team we do, and we see it as our pleasure to be able to thank you for your continued hard work and commitment to our residents.
