5 star food safety inspection at Southwell Court

We're delighted to share that Southwell Court have maintained their 5 star food safety inspection report.

Inspectors from the Food Safety Agency visited the home to review cleanliness, food storage, preparation and many other areas of food safety and the home has passed with flying colours. 

Lisa King, Manager at Southwell Court thanked the efforts of her kitchen team: "These inspections are an  essential part of the kitchen team's role at the home. The inspection is thorough – they look at kitchen cleanliness, how we store our food, food preparation areas and lots more. Mealtimes are an important part of life in a care home and we're very keen to provide our residents with fresh, healthy and nutritious food. I'm really pleased that we've maintained the highest level of food safety, thanks to the efforts of our wonderful kitchen team."
