Essex County Council Quality Improvement Team has recently introduced  a new process  for monitoring and assessing the quality of adult care services  in Essex, based on methodology developed regionally by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS).

Mid Meadows  was one of the homes selected to participate in this scheme and the Quality Improvement team undertook a visit on 12th May 2016.

The results from this quality audit , which is a snapshot of the findings on the day, awarded our organisation  with a score of EXCELLENT.

This represented a 96% compliance with the required quality standards as outlined in the workbook
