The Registered Manager is responsible for ensuring the residents' safety, health and happiness whilst within our service. With a commitment to providing support to residents both physically and mentally in every aspect of their lives from activity provision and entertainment, compliance and regulations, policies and procedures, and effective communication with residents loved ones.
This role requires a person who is driven to provide the highest quality of care to our residents and ensure the home is fully compliant with all policies and procedures, and that our residents are receiving the highest standards of care.
