Spring Lodge's Debbie wins Outstanding Leadership award

We are excited to share that Debbie Savva, our amazing Home Manager from Spring Lodge in Clacton took home the Outstanding Leadership award at the Essex County Council Prospers Awards on Wednesday 3rd  December, recognising the amazing talent in the county's social care sector.

The judges said that her hands-on approach, commitment to the residents and their families and focus on providing a caring, loving home with leadership, unwavering dedication and compassion made her a standout winner in the category.
