Our Resident’s Guide includes information about what to expect from us at the home, plus some of the policies and procedures that we have in place.
We have created a digital version of this guide as part of our Environmental Policy, focused on reducing use of paper and plastics. Some elements of the guide, e.g. the Resident’s Care Plan, are personalised and are always available on request.
