Black Swan Care Group staff to receive free Blue Light Cards in July 2021

We are inviting all Black Swan Care Group employees to access the Blue Light Card for free, if ordered in July 2021.

Since Blue Light Cards were expanded to include social care workers in 2020, we've been trying to find a way to ensure every Black Swan team member is able to access the benefits.  

Due to the Blue Light Card requiring individual registration, we've come up with a unique way to ensure our staff gain access to all the benefits associated with the card, without having to worry about the costs. 

We are inviting every member of our staff to purchase the Blue Light Card and complete their registration. Once they have registered they will be able to submit an invoice to head office, and will be reimbursed the cost of the card.  

We feel that after the dedication and commitment our staff have shown in the face of an unprecedented situation, it is important to show them how much they mean to us, and how valued their hard work really is.

We think it is a real step in the right direction for the Blue Light Card to be expanded from NHS workers to include the social care sector as these services are so embedded and require collaboration to ensure the highest quality of care for members of our communities.

We are passionate that carers be valued for their care, selflessness and bravery for continuing to care for the most vulnerable in our society in the face of Coronavirus.

We hope this shows our staff that we see the amazing work they do every day, and we cannot thank them enough.
