The large business category is open to any business in Norfolk with an annual turnover of £3m, and able to demonstrate all-round strength as a company.
Each entry had to demonstrate evidence of best practice in HR and recruitment, a high standard of customer service, commitment to social responsibilities, as well as leadership, branding and innovation.
Tom Lyons, managing director of Black Swan Care Group said:
“It means to much to us to have the hard work of our amazing staff group recognised in this way, as they have selflessly worked throughout 2020 in unprecedented circumstances; with compassion, dedication and enthusiasm.
“Every single person has played a vital role in supporting our residents and providing high-quality person-centred care and we are so grateful to have them all in the Black Swan Family”.
It is such a compliment to us as a company to have been picked as a finalist, and an honour to be able to sit amongst such amazing businesses from different sectors all across Norfolk. We have so many brilliant companies throughout the county and we’re so proud to be listed amongst them.
The new government guidelines means that the awards ceremony will be different this year, with the announcement being made online on Tuesday November 24th! We can’t wait to find out, and good luck to all nominees.
