Supporting local suppliers and producers is important to us for a number of reasons. Buying local will benefit the community economically and showcase quality local produce to our Residents. It also cuts down on fossil fuels needed to transport goods to us, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.

We try to source as many products and services as possible from local suppliers and always conduct site visits to ensure the products we purchase are of the highest standards.

Today our senior management team visited the abattoir where most of the animals are killed for our butcher. They were pleased to report that everything was incredibly humane, with all animals treated with the utmost respect. The facility was also very clean and professionally run.
